2019 Sutphen Aerial Tower – Tower 5 was outfitted as a “quint” from Sutphen with a 70 foot aerial tower with bucket, a QMAX-2000 GPM, Single Stage Pump, and a 500 gallon booster tank. This responds to most calls with a crew of five firefighters. Equipment carried on this truck supports all ventilation, vehicle stabilization & extrication, search and rescue and overhaul operations. Fire fighting operations are also supported with pre-connected hand lines, two master streams from the bucket as well as a water curtain below.
